Studio 33 Art & Frame Gallery is saddened to learn that our Award Winning Exhibiting Artist Gigi Mezzo Genovese has passed away. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date but please find the link to her obituary below. Gigi was a wonderful woman and a fabulous artist. She worked in several media, exhibited far and wide, and her work is in collections from coast to coast and the Cayman Islands. Gigi loved to paint lighthouses, landscapes, and seascapes, she had a deep love of our local coastal area and exhibited at Studio 33 for many years. We will miss her greatly, we send our deepest condolences to all her family, friends, and community.
The Holiday Potpourri Exhibit will show through 29 Jan 2022. The show has many pieces painted by Gigi and other local artists, Martha Wakeman, John McGuire, Rita Dawley, Liz McGee, Robert Hauschild, and more. Pastel abstracts, watercolor landscapes, acrylic still life, many mediums and subjects including wildlife!
